Success in the workplace is trackable and measurable. EmploLink’s coaches are trained to evaluate an employee’s progress and make the needed changes as the employee progresses.
Assessing work performance is essential for providing feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and recognizing achievements. The following are some ways we evaluate our employees:
Periodic Reviews
Formal evaluations are conducted at regular intervals to assess an employee's performance against predefined goals and expectations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Objective Metrics are defined prior to the first day of work and enable comparisons with other workers in similar jobs.
Behavioral Observations
Observing, evaluating, and documenting employee's behavior, attitudes, and interactions in the workplace allows coaches to assess their effectiveness in various situations.
Self-Assessments
Employee self-evaluations are used to assess their own performance, reflect on their achievements and challenges, and set goals for improvement.
Employer Assessments
EmploLink works with the employer to gain insights into the employee's performance. This insight is used in the coach’s assessment to get a full accounting of the employee’s progress.
The purpose of the evaluation is to track an employee’s progress and ensure the employer is satisfied with their work.
