EmploLink’s seven-step program guides you through the hiring process and continues to be a valuable support to you for months of employment. Whereas other agencies merely provide job boards, we offer a mentoring program designed to support you and your family through your contracted period of employment, giving you the tools needed to be successful. And best of all, EmploLink does not charge employees for any service.

Climbing the Seven Steps to Success

Step 1: Read and Compare

Your path to employment begins by comparing us to other agencies. We believe when you search other websites, you will find our services to be the most inclusive in the industry. Step 2: Register

For us to be able to place you in a position reflective of your talents, we first need to know a little about you. This allows us to market your skills to the right employers. Click here to Register!

Step 3: Wait!

Once registered, your name is placed into our database of applicants. Our experienced employment liaisons search all potential employment opportunities to find the best match for you. Once a match is found, you will be contacted by your employment liaison to participate in a job interview with EmploLink. Click here  to ensure you have all documents needed to proceed.

Step 4: Sign your Contract

Once your new employer has approved your hiring, we will send you a secure link to a contract for you to sign. Please read the entire contract to ensure you have a full understanding. If you have a question, reach out to your liaison for clarification

Step 5: Access Your Own Employee Success Coach

Once we find you are placed in a position, EmploLink assigns an Employee Success Coach to support you going forward. Your coach becomes your personal point-of-contact for all dealings with EmploLink. For more information on how to communicate with your coach,  Click here .

Step 6: Assess Your Two-month Probationary Period

After the first 60 days of employment, EmploLink works with your employer to evaluate your progress to validate that this is a right fit for your talents. Should you need to make a change to another employer or agency, your contract with this employer will end, at which point you are free to pursue other interests as outlined in your contract.  Click here  for more information.

Step 7: Extending your Contract

After six months of successful employment, EmploLink works with you and your employer to extend your contract. Should you decide to leave this employment after completing the program, we can help you find employment with another employer at a higher pay rate.
